Unfortunately as with many other racing product company policies, there are no returns. We ship our packages (including complete go-karts) with shipping insurance should anything happen during transit. The shipping company we use provides the insurance for each complete go-kart (or go kart part). If any damage does occur during shipping, the shipper is contacted to begin an insurance claim for the item(s). The shipper will require a copy of the proof of damage to be noted on the bill of lading which is the document provided by the driver to the customer when shipment is delivered. Without a bill of lading signed by both the driver and the customer, with the damage noted at time of delivery, any claim filed will be much more challenging, if not impossible, to resolve. As with any insurance claim, proper paperwork and any photos taken of any damage is always in the customers best interest!
As a business, we do want each and every customer to be satisfied with their products, so please ask us as many questions as you need so that you are satisfied with your products.
