Chassis Type: 2021 Kart Republic KR1 Shifter Kart. 32mm tubing with a 1050mm wheelbase. This Shifter Chassis accepts all 125cc Shifter engine packages. This kart is being sold as a 'roller'...which means no driveline!
This chassis was involved in on-track wreck with another kart. FRONT RIGHT SIDE FRAME RAIL IS BENT UP OVER 6CM! So that puts this kart out of commission for us. One tie rod is bent along with the rear axle which is also bent. For someone looking for a project shifter kart, here you go! Axle Size: KR 50mm racing axle comes standard with three support bearings. This axle is bent!!! Brakes: Brakes are hydraulic self-adjusting CIK FIA homologated AP RACE 06, in front and rear. Rear brake rotor is 180 x 18 mm, front brake rotors are 150 x 13 mm or 151,5 x 10 mm in diameter, all made of Cast Iron and ventilated. Wheels: Magnesium Oxytech Wheels- 210mm rear and 130mm front. This kart comes with an extra set of magnesium Oxytech wheels! These were the spare wheels the previous owner had purchased. Bodywork: Eurostar Dynamica with the factory KR graphics kit.
The components on this kart are all in great shape. The brake system, wheels, steering wheel, fuel tank, bump shifter, bearing cassettes and bodywork are all good. The rear axle and one front tie rod need replaced and then the choice of trying to straighten this frame or re-frame the kart with all the parts.
