Chassis Type: 2026 Croc Promotions 4 Cycle/100cc Chassis. New KG bodywork and graphics!. This is one great looking kart! The tube diameter is a combination of 28 and 30mm.
ENGINE: This brand new Dedicated 4 cycle single speed chassis is designed the lower horsepower engines, so please contact us with specific application questions. Typically, this size kart chassis will be used in 4 cycle and 100cc classes which includes engines such as Briggs & Stratton LO 206, Vortex VLR (100cc), and Iame KA100. Fits all 4 and 2-cycle engine packages.
Chassis Applications: The Croc 4-Cycle/100cc Class of karts are meant for drivers running the lower horsepower (typically 8hp up to 222hp) 2 and 4 cycle engine classes. So if you are a Senior or Masters single speed driver running in this horsepower range, this is your kart. (If you are unsure as to which size chassis you require, please contact us for clarification on engine, class, size and weight.)
Seat: All new karts come with Croc Promotions factory fiberglass racing seats to fit kids in this size age group.
Bodywork: KG 507/508
Axle Size: 50mm racing axle comes standard.
Brakes: LZ F04 Hydraulic brake system
Wheels: Magnesium 130mm front and 180mm rear.
Special Features: Chassis is made for the chain/gear requirements of the 4-cycle engine packages, so no drama with seat strut or chassis interference! Special bearing cassettes are available to gain an add/subtract 5mm from the wheelbase.
