GP Cadet Kart

The nice part of this package is the electric start engine package.. On board battery means you just push the button to start the engine! The Cadet kart is designed for kid’s from 8-12 year old. Since kids all grow at various rates, spring kart manufacturers provide different size chassis. When kids start out karting between ages 4 and 5yrs old, they jump into whats called a "baby" kart or a "Kid" kart (after all, who wants to be called a baby!). These come with one brand and size of engine, a 50cc Comer. From there, as they grow out of the kid kart, the next step is a Cadet Kart, or often referred to as a "Mini" kart in Europe. Mini's are meant for kids approximately between the ages of 8 and 12-14yrs old. But the size of the child ultimately determines the size of the chassis you need.  Faster growing kids are well into adult size chassis at 13yrs old, while slower growers and/or smaller kids can fit in a cadet kart much longer.

 

It comes with a 60cc Electric Start Gazelle engine.

This kart is as a ‘turnkey’ package. Just add fuel and tires and you are good to go to the track!

Pro Kart Challenge Championships in almost all the classes, Supernationals victories racing against the toughest competition the world has to offer, and the GP continues to come out on the top step of the podium. Championships in S-4 Stock Moto Masters with Jeff Smith, G-1 Championships with Fernando Diaz, Supernationals S-1 victories in 2007, 2009 and 2010 with Tom Dyer taking the first two and Alex Speed the most recent. The most popular 125 shifter class in the U.S. is the Stock Honda Class (also referred to as stock moto, spec shifter, spec moto etc). Promoted by SKUSA and the Pro Kart Challenge Racing Series, this super reliable and very fast shifter class is continuing to grow all across the country. Thus, the cost of these engines, even in the pre-owned market, has continued to rise as the supply is limited. We sell our pre-owned units very close to the price of the brand new engines. So if brand new is your choice, for a few extra dollars, have the piece of mind of buying brand new. We sell brand new Honda CR125's that meet all the technical regulations for 2012. For brand new complete engine packages that include all you need to bolt it to your rolling chassis, please inquire as we offer 3 packages: Club, Regional and National Engine Packages.
